Robertson Rentals COVID-19 Action Plan

To comply with both required and suggested social distancing procedures we have instituted some new policies at our store. We would ask our customers to help us in our attempts to decrease the chances of spreading this disease.

What we ask our customers to do:

• Please have only the customer from your vehicle enter the store. Others could remain in the vehicle or outside.
• Please have any young children that have come with you remain in your vehicle, with an adult, whenever possible (this will upset Sonar the cat very much, but we will cuddle her more to try and make up for it). Call the number below if you need help.
• Please maintain at least 6 feet of space between yourself and other customers. If there are too many people inside, please wait in your vehicle or outside.

What we will do:

• We can come out to your vehicle obtain the information we need and do the paperwork and load your item(s) while you stay in your car if this makes you more comfortable. Just call 905-682-6618 or honk and we will come out.
• We are disinfecting our surfaces more often.
• We can deliver your equipment and process all the information we need over the phone for a delivery fee.
• We can pick up your own machines fix them and return them with only phone contact for a delivery fee.
